Soma Wisdom is a space for deep healing and awakening through the innate intelligence of the body. Through somatic inquiry and embodiment practices, we work together to release trauma, transform limiting beliefs, and cultivate safety, resilience, and inner freedom. My aim is to support your well-being by providing tools and a safe container for deep processing, so you can reconnect with your true nature and experience a more balanced, harmonious, and empowered life.

Hi I’m Renata! I am a body-centred therapist, insight meditation teacher, and guide for those on a journey toward healing, awakening, and freedom. My work centers on deepening your connection to the body and supporting you in developing trust in its innate intelligence, while also awakening to your true nature and finding a sense of home within yourself.
I believe the body knows its way forward in life—all we need to do is listen deeply and allow its organic unfolding to happen naturally, in its own time and pace. My approach is compassionate and holistic, drawing from a rich tapestry of tools and traditions, including Buddhist philosophy, somatic practices, and modern trauma healing methods.
