Body-Centred Therapy
Psychosomatic Therapy
Become Aware and Transform Core Beliefs that are Expressed in Your Physical Body.
Psychosomatic Therapy is a foundational tool for understanding how deeply held core beliefs are expressed in the physical body through patterns of posture, tension, injuries and diseases.
Psychosomatic Therapy is the process of communication between the psyche (mind) and soma (the body). This Body-mind communication exists within us every moment of our life, shaping how we sense ourselves and the world around us. The cellular memory created within the body as a result of genetics, upbringing, traumas, cultural and social environment therefore, have a profound effect on our physical structure and it is explicit through our posture, balance, alignment and patterns of tension.
