One on One Sessions
Our one-to-one sessions are a space for self-inquiry, healing, and reconnection. Together, we create the conditions for your body and inner wisdom to reveal what is ready to be seen, integrated, or understood.
I trust the body’s organic intelligence — when given safety, it naturally brings forward what needs attention. My role is to hold a broad, compassionate container where we can meet whatever arises with clarity and care.
How the Sessions Work
Each session is an intuitive and embodied exploration — a space attuned to your body and lived experience. We begin where you are, following what is alive in the moment. The process is flexible and responsive, weaving together elements of somatic therapy, trauma resolution, and contemplative practice as they naturally arise. This work unfolds gently, at a pace that supports safety, nervous system regulation, and the organic integration of old patterns. Over time, it becomes deeply transformative, nurturing presence, authenticity, and freedom, and opening the way to a more intimate relationship with yourself and others.

Body-Centred Psychotherapy
Hakomi-based somatic psychotherapy
A trauma-informed, experiential psychotherapy that uses mindfulness and somatic awareness to uncover and transform unconscious patterns. Grounded in the Hakomi method, these sessions invite a gentle and curious exploration of your inner experience, allowing implicit memories, beliefs, and emotional patterns to emerge into awareness. Through direct contact with the body, this work supports healing, regulation, and emotional integration — restoring a sense of connection, coherence, and wholeness.

Focusing
A gentle path of inner listening and felt-sense awareness
Focusing is a body-based practice of deep listening that invites you into direct contact with your inner experience. Through a gentle and attentive awareness of the felt sense — the subtle, often unclear bodily knowing — this process allows what is held within to gradually come into form, meaning, and movement. Rather than analysing or trying to change experience, Focusing supports a natural unfolding from within, bringing clarity, integration, and a deeper sense of inner alignment.

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®)
A simple, powerful tool for nervous system regulation
A gentle yet powerful practice that supports the release of chronic stress and tension held in the body. By activating the body’s natural tremoring mechanism, TRE allows the nervous system to discharge stored activation in a safe and organic way. Over time, this process can support regulation, resilience, and a return to a more grounded and balanced state, helping the body to move out of patterns of holding and into greater ease.
