Holistic Movement is a fusion of fitness, nutrition and holistic programs with the aim to support you achieve optimal health by gaining balance in different areas of your life. Our main goal is to guide you back to health through working on your strength, balance, eating habits and mindset.

Renata is the founder of Holistic Movement, a space where you can find personalised fitness training, nutrition coaching and holistic programs offered in person as well as online. Holistic Movement also offers community sessions and events to foster connections with like minded people on Sydney Northern Beaches.
About Holistic Health Coaching Sessions
As a nutritionist and personal trainer, I bring extensive experience in helping clients overcome the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, many of which stem from stress and unresolved trauma. Often, we turn to food or away from exercise as a way of coping with nervous system imbalances, and recognising this pattern can be a transformative step.
In our coaching sessions, I provide a personalised plan tailored to your current health needs and routine, along with eight weeks of ongoing support. Throughout this period, we’ll have opportunities to address any challenges you face in following the plan and make necessary adjustments as we go. Clients often report feeling more in tune with their needs, developing a broader food vocabulary, and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
