• Time: 6:15pm-8:45pm

• Location: Wheel of Life Studios, 21 Fingal St., Brunswick Heads, behind St Thomas Church.

• Bring:  Your own cushions and mat (wooden floor). A yoga mat is good. Some chairs are available. You can lie down if physically you need to.
