My 1:1 personal training sessions are a space for individualised support, designed to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness and lifestyle journey. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, find balance, or bring more energy into your daily life, each session is tailored to your unique goals, needs, and rhythm.
We work together over an eight-week period, with the option of one, two or three sessions per week—either in person or online. Sessions run for 45 minutes to an hour and may include strength training, mobility work, flexibility training, balance practices, or boxing.

The Details
Before we begin, we’ll schedule an initial 45-minute session via Zoom to get to know your current routine, movement history, and goals. This session acts as your assessment and gives us a chance to co-create a personalised training plan that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences, and intentions.
Investment
Initial Assessment (Zoom, 45 min): $100
Personal Training (60 min): $120 per session
Personal Training (45 min): $100 per session

Payment plans are available to make this work accessible and sustainable.
